THROWBACK: Favorite Sushi Restaurant!

Hey guys! :D
Krispy is finally back home, after long and tedious hours at camp and touristing Boston.
I actually uploaded a lot of these photos from my camera DURING camp, but i ran out of time to actually write the posts :/

These are pictures from my night at OPUS Sushi, my favorite sushi restaurant. I went the night before I left for camp, and boy was it satisfying!

So, let's just get right into the eye candy! ^^

They always start with the miso soup, and the settings are simple and elegant.

It's a very casual restaurant, very comfortable, but the food is VERY high quality.
I mean, LOOK at the color on that tuna!
(I am obsessed with tuna. note taken.)

The cuts on the fish are GORGEOUS and the color is vibrant. The taste is the perfect fresh flavor, and the fish is neither chewy nor crumbly. The rice is beautifully spiced, and the flavors compliment each other like nothing else. Something so simple, yet so delicious. T - T
We ordered the normal blue-fin tuna, salmon, and yellowtail.

Some people are afraid to try sea urchin, and I understand why. If eaten at the wrong place, sea urchin is overwhelmingly fishy and taste a bit chemically. But at THIS place, the taste is airy and light, and just taste lightly of fish. It's quite pleasant.

(LOOK AT THAT COLOR)

For the cooked portions of the meal, my parents ordered a nice dish of tempura.
Tempura is an assortment of deep-fried vegetables and shrimp. Crunchy and delicious!
