Huge Haul! (・ω・)ノ

Hello Humans! \(o u o  )/
Welcome to the humble domain of Mitsukrispy, a blogger who will relentlessly spam you with the clothes and makeup that I buy out of impulse.

For my first post, i'd like to share a HUGE haul I acquired over the last week!
(spring break = shopping, yeah?)

Decided to fill up on some more summer/spring clothes and pack away those beloved sweaters because it is getting really hot over here in SoCal!
Stopped by Forever 21, TOMS, and got some things brought back for me by my mum who went to Hong Kong for the break.
Brace yourselves!

*dun dun nuuuuun!* Here is the first item in my haul! ( ^ w ^ )
A nice and simple summer dress, with spaghetti straps and a simple cut bottom.
I often just wear a nice cardigan with this, and it's a really comfortable and cheap find from Forever 21.

I think this is because the material of the dress isn't very amazing, so I got it for about $5. It's a good find, and if it doesn't last the summer, it would't be a waste of money.
It has a very nice and simple design, fit for any sort of event and can be easily vamped up with accessories and covers.

The next shirt I bought was a really good find for me.
I love no-sleeve collar shirts, and I was looking for something like this.
It's good for the spring, because sometimes it can be a strange mixture between cold and blazingly hot here in Socal, so something like this can be interchangeable and can be warming or breezy, depending on how the weather is.

The pattern is so pretty, and it's a nice vintage theme, which was very appealing to me.
The material is a lot nicer than the last dress, and it feels a bit like denim, so it is thicker than the typical sleeveless collar.
It is a bit of a crop, so it cuts off just a bit above my belly button. With some high-waisted shorts, it would make a nice outfit for the hot summer.

The only thing I don't really like about this shirt is the big knot at the bottom of the shirt.
It is kind of annoying, because you can't open the shirt completely unless you untie it, and you have to tie it twice because the big laces are so long.

I will find myself wearing this shirt a lot once the summer hits, and i'm excited ;)
This was also a find from Forever 21, and was $15.00. Not very pricey for a well-made cute shirt, i think.

During my adventures at Forever 21, I came across a simple pair of jean high-wasited shorts.
I was looking a pair and then the heaven's lights parted and revealed them to me.
It was 12 dollars, and i am happy with this find.
I will wear it whenever I can.
This is something you just need in your closet.

Below is a scarf that I bought at Disneyland, believe it or not.
Bought it at the Pirates of the Caribbean ride store, and i was surprised at how nice they were.
I am obsessed with pirates, (AC4 is my life), so i had to buy it.
It's not exactly scarf season, but I never know when i'll need it.
Who knows? ^^
I also purchased another because there was a good deal to buy two.

So yeah, Disney fashion is now a thing.

The following items are from Hong Kong.
They were purchased for me by my mum, and she bought them completely on her own, and she had her own judgement of what she determined as,"my style."

This first crop sweater is from the Hong Kong brand, RUHM (aka REMARKABLE UNIFORM333)
I had not known of this brand before, so it was a pleasant surprise.
It's a short sleeve and a crop, but the material is thick so I would consider is a bit of a sweater.
Again, this would be nice on a cooler spring day, and i think the little dots are quite endearing.
The dots are metallic, and the actual sweater is a very dark blue, and sometimes it even appears black.

I really like this sweater, and i look forward to an opportunity to wear it. *-*
This was actually $242 HK dollars, so around 20 or so dollars. I don't think thats too pricey.

The next thing my mum bought is a dress, and it is from the brand CIRCLE. (outstandingordinary)
This is also a Hong Kong brand, I believe.
I think it's quite cute and quirky, but what i don't like about it is the form, because it looks a bit flimsy.
I may wear this with a nice belt to maybe fit it more around my waist.
Also a very light material, so I actually think this would work year around, and can be changed with a sweater or cardigan over it.
It is black, grey, and has specks of red, so this will be quite easy to match with accessories.
This was around $450+ HK dollars, so this one was a bit pricey.

The last two clothing products are from Korean Brands.
This sweater vest (?) is from a brand called 3.3 FIELD TRIP., and is quite cute.
The designs on it are very ulzzang-y, and the fabric is very light so it would be very nice with some shorts or a thin collar shirt under during the summer.

Its a light salmon color, and it would match well with some jeans, white and off-whites, and maybe some grey.
Very cute, don't you think? Not really my style, but I am willing to try new things.
It was $215 HK dollars, and that is not pricey for such a well-made product.

The last clothing product is a pair of shorts from a brand called A.
It looks like a skirt at first glance, but it is actually a pair of long shorts.
I have honestly never had any type of clothing like this. I don't think I would have ever bought anything like this for myself. But I did find it quite cute, and it actually matches well with the shirt above, but I imagine I would look a bit like a salmon.
It has a stretchy waist, which will be comfortable, and it has deep pockets which is always something i look for in a pair of pants.

It was $320 HK dollars, and i don't think that's too pricey for a pair of well-crafted shorts that will be very comfortable on a hot summer day.

Ok, on to makeup!
I bought ALOT of makeup products over my break, and i think it's because something about them calls out to me and its a great feeling to have a new makeup product to test and use.

The first things i bought were these two brushes from SEPHORA.
(If you follow my joint blog, "3 Cups of Tea", you'll know how much i love these.)
I bought a Airbrush Flawless Foundation Brush (top), and a Flawless Precision Concealer brush.(bottom)
I don't want to do a full-blown review, but I can say that I really really love these brushes like asHFHJLSKJD

When they say flawless, THEY MEAN FLAWLESS.
Both are blessings in my life and spread out my foundation and concealer very evenly, making my skin look very nice and my complexion even. The bristles are soft, and i know these brushes will last a while.
They are very easily washed, and i am in love with these two.
I recommend them highly to anyone looking for a good brush, and they can be found at any SEPHORA store.

Prices:
Airbrush Foundation Brush: $32 USD
Flawless Concealer Brush: $20 USD
Yes, the prices are a bit steep for brushes, but it's worth every penny. Highly recommend!

The next thing I bought was just so cute I could not resist,
IT"S A MACARON LIP CALM.
LOOK AT IT.
IT IS SO CUTE,
KAWAII OMFG
It is from the Korean Makeup brand,  it's SKIN.

It smells of treacle fairy powder and pure joy from the hands of an angel.
I wanted to try a new lip balm, and I saw this and I almost started crying.

It is iN A LITTLE MACARON SHAPED CONtAINER.
It is so beautiful and smells of pure joy.
They come in about 4-5 other flavors, and they are all also smelling of joy.
I purchased this on a whim and wanted it.
Now wait for it...

Price: $18.00
my goodness.
all i want are moisturized lips that smell of happiness.
why must you be so expensive.
But, I regret nothing.
I will enjoy it while it's here :)

(so cute ohmyakhsdkbajsbdkad.)

The following are some products that my mum, (bless her) bought me from the ETUDE HOUSE stores in Hong Kong. My favorite brand. ; u ;

I was having bad breakouts because of stress and anxiety, so my mom bought me the ETUDE HOUSE, AC Clinic Daily + line products, which are supposed to help actively with acne.

She bought the toner, the gel lotion, and the acne foam cleanser.
I really appreciate this buy and I hope it works well. I have bad acne along my hairline, and i'd like to rid myself of them as soon as possible.

(The line came with some little samples and things.)
After a few more weeks using it, I can do a review then. :)

I actually do not know the prices of these products all together, but I think it may be 400+ HK dollars.
Not very pricey, considering how they overprice ETUDE HOUSE in the U.S.

The Gel Lotion and Toner come in cute glass bottles that remind me of Soju bottle to be honest, and the foam cleanser came in an easy dispense tube.
***I think having the bottles as glass is a bit inconvenient, because If i were to travel there would be the risk of having them break or get damaged.

Very adorable design, though, and I had to take a few pictures.

The last products I purchased in this haul were some FOREVER 21 makeup products from their newly introduced makeup line.

I have never tried Forever 21 cosmetics, so I was excited to see if they would be of good quality.
I bought a Liquid Eyeliner and a Gel Eyeliner.
I am generally more of an advocate for gel liner, and i don't really like to use liquid because it clumps on my lashes and it feels really heavy to me.
I really prefer a softer eyeliner look, so i'm a gel liner girl.
But i decided to give it another try, because liquid liner does last much longer,

[Note: Both products were manufactured in Korea.]

They came in really adorable packaging, and they were really simple and cute. I would say it is a very nice representation of my packaging design style. (what.)

When unwrapped, the products look like this. (below.)
I bought the color black for both.
I am currently wearing the liquid eyeliner for the first time, and it actually feels pretty nice.
Sadly, it does clump on my lashes a bit, and I will still continue to use gel liner the most.
I have no yet tried the gel liner, but i look forward to it.

Eyeliner is my favorite makeup product, so both were pretty good purchases.
Prices: $8.80
(both were the same price.)

So that's the end of my HUMONGOUS spring haul!
I commend you if you actually made it to the end, because this took me a very long time to write.

***I am not bashing any of these products, I am merely reviewing them.***
I am actually quite pleased with most of these purchases.

Thank you so much for reading my FIRST EVER blog post, and i hope you come back again! n u n

Talk to you guys next week! (Hint: Maybe some song recs...?)

Bye!

Love, Krispy
